✦ you may not upload my artwork and claim it as your own, nor use it to train any form of AI (artifical intelligence)
✦ otherwise you may use the artwork for any other purpose, but use explicit credit (@tinytert under any post, in any bio, etc)
✦ artwork takes time! i will give you updates when i can and if something falls through i will contact you immediately.
✦ 30% must be paid once the sketch has been completed and verified by you
✦ age verified means you must send a valid piece of identification and cross out everything but your date of birth (subject to change)
✦ a full 100% refund is allowed if time taken to finish the commission (from sending the inital sketch) is longer than three weeks
✦ if at any point you wish to cancel the commission after the inital sketch, depending on how far i am into completing a usual 50% (from the inital 30% payment) refund will be given.
✦ please come prepared with at least one or two reference images. if an image you're giving to me as a guide has incorrect clothing, colours, etc according to your final product you must tell me before starting. (e.g, a guide might have a red dress and you want me to draw that dress in blue instead.)
✦ if you want a specific custom size for the commission please state before I start

✦ payment choice is up to you (full up front, or at the end, or half and half)
✦ the skin is not to be uploaded on any minecraft skin site
✦ you may share it with friends
✦ if a standard outfit order (e.g, an outfit to put on multiple skins in a large group) that is fine to upload onto any minecraft skin site if necessary (with credit to @TinyTert on instagram)
✦ If I take longer than one week, an 100% refund is available.
